Transforming verb to an intention:
- Step 1: Have the verb in its plain form. ćć [suru]
- Step 2: Add ć¤ććć§ć [tsumori desu]
- ćć [suru] ā ććć¤ććć§ć [suru tsumori desu] I intend to do it.
ä½ćććć¤ććć§ćć [nani o suru tsumori desu ka]
What do you intend to do?
- ä½ [nani] means "what"
- ććć¤ććć§ćć [suru tsumori desu ka] means "Do you intend to do it?"
ę¬ćčŖćć¤ććć§ć [hon o yomu tsumori desu]
I intend to read a book.
- ę¬ [hon] means "book"
- čŖćć¤ććć§ć [yomu tsumori desu] means "I intend to read."
åčŖćč¦ććć¤ććć§ć [tango o oboeru tsumori desu]
I intend to memorize vocabulary.
- åčŖ [tango] means "vocabulary"
- č¦ććć¤ććć§ć [oboeru tsumori desu] means "I intend to memorize."
