• 이거 주세요 [i-geo ju-se-yo] Please give me this.
• 저거 주세요 [jeo-geo ju-se-yo] Please give me that.
• 포도 주세요 [po-do ju-se-yo] Please give me grapes.
• 사과 주세요 [sa-gwa ju-se-yo] Please give me apples.

주세요 [ju-se-yo] is a versatile word. You can also put it after an action that you want someone to take for you.

When to use -아 주세요 / -어 주세요 / -해 주세요:

• If the verb stem's last vowel is ㅏ[a] or ㅗ[o] → use -아 주세요
• If the verb stem's last vowel is NOT ㅏ[a] or ㅗ[o] → use -어 주세요
• If the verb ends with 하다 [ha-da] → replace 하다 with 해 주세요

Example for 아 주세요: 사다 [sa-da] to buy

• Step 1: Drop the 다 → 사 [sa]
• Step 2: 사 ends in ㅏ, attach 아 주세요
• Step 3: For verb stem ending in ㅏ, drop the 아 so you don't say [a] twice
  사다 → 사아 주세요 → 사 주세요 [sa ju-se-yo]

이거 사 주세요. [i-geo sa ju-se-yo]
Please buy this for me.

• 이거 [i-geo] means "this"
• 사 주세요 [sa ju-se-yo] means "Please buy it for me."

Example for 어 주세요: 보이다 [bo-i-da] to see

• Step 1: Drop the 다 → 보이 [bo-i]
• Step 2: 보이 ends in ㅣ, attach 어 주세요
• Step 3: ㅣ and 어 combine and change to ㅕ
  보이다 → 보이어 주세요 → 보여 주세요 [bo-yeo ju-se-yo]

저거 보여 주세요. [jeo-geo bo-yeo ju-se-yo]
Please show me that.

• 저거 [jeo-geo] means "that"
• 보여 주세요 [bo-yeo ju-se-yo] means "Please show it for me."

잠시만 기다려 주세요. [jam-si-man gi-da-ryeo ju-se-yo]
Please wait a moment for me.

• 잠시만 [jam-si-man] means "just a moment"
• 기다려 주세요 [gi-da-ryeo ju-se-yo] means "Please wait for me."

Example for 해 주세요: 계산하다 [gye-san-ha-da] to calculate

• Step 1: Drop the 하다 → 계산 [gye-san]
• Step 2: Attach 해 주세요
  계산하다 → 계산해 주세요 [gye-san-hae ju-se-yo]

계산해 주세요. [gye-san-hae ju-se-yo]
Please calculate it for me. (I'm ready to check out.)

• 계산 [gye-san] means "calculate"
• This is a phrase used when you are ready to check something out.
