Expressing willingness with 드릴게요:

  • If you want to express willingness, use the ending 드릴게요 which comes from "to give"
  • [Method 1] -아/어/여 form of an action word + 드릴게요 [deu-ril-ge-yo]
  • [Method 2] Word that implies an action + 드릴게요 [deu-ril-ge-yo]

소개해 드릴게요. [so-gae-hae deu-ril-ge-yo]
I'll introduce them to you.

  • 소개해 [so-gae-hae] is the 여 form of 소개하다 "to introduce"
  • 드릴게요 [deu-ril-ge-yo] means "I will give it to you."

More examples:

  • 정리해 드릴게요. [jeong-ni-hae deu-ril-ge-yo] I'll organize it for you.
  • 설명해 드릴게요. [seol-myeong-hae deu-ril-ge-yo] I'll explain it to you.

들어 드릴게요. [deu-reo deu-ril-ge-yo]
I'll hold it for you.

  • 들어 [deu-reo] is the 어 form of 들다 "to hold"

도와드릴게요. [do-wa-deu-ril-ge-yo]
I'll help you.

  • 도와 [do-wa] comes from the word 돕다 [dop-da] "to help"

부탁드릴게요. [bu-tak-deu-ril-ge-yo]
Please take care of it.

  • 부탁 [bu-tak] means "request"

Conversation

  • A: 회사까지 어떻게 오셨어요?
    How did you get to the office?
  • B: 지하철 타고 왔어요. [ji-ha-cheol ta-go wa-sseo-yo]
    I took the subway.
  • A: 지하철로 얼마나 걸려요?
    How long does it take by subway?
  • B: 삼십 분 걸려요. [sam-sip bun geol-ryeo-yo]
    It takes 30 minutes.
  • A: 그렇군요~ 아, 우리 회사를 소개해 드릴게요.
    I see~ Oh, let me introduce our company.
  • A: 여기가 책상이에요.
    This is the desk.
  • B: 들어 드릴게요. [deu-reo deu-ril-ge-yo]
    I'll carry it for you.
  • A: 감사합니다. 그거 정리해야겠네요…
    Thank you. I need to organize that…
  • B: 도와드릴게요. [do-wa-deu-ril-ge-yo]
    I'll help you.
  • A: 부탁드릴게요! 같이 정리해요.
    I'll ask a favor! Let's organize it together.
