How do I get there?

  • 어떻게 [eo-tteo-ke] means "how"
  • 가요? [ga-yo?] means "I go?"
  • Literally means "How, I go?"

To ask where a specific place is, add the word for "place" before this question.

Place + 에 [e] + 어떻게 가요?

이태원에 어떻게 가요? [i-tae-won-e eo-tteo-ke ga-yo?]
How do I get to Itaewon?

  • 이태원 [i-tae-won] means "Itaewon"
  • [e] in this case means "to"
