ください [kudasai] and お願いします [onegaishimasu] both means "please."
ください [kudasai] comes after a noun or the -て form of a verb.
- りんごをください [ringo o kudasai] Please give me an apple.
- りんごを買ってください [ringo o katte kudasai] Please buy me an apple.
お願いします [onegaishimasu] comes after a noun. It cannot follow the -て form of a verb.
- りんごをお願いします [ringo o onegaishimasu] Please give me an apple (more humble).
お会計お願いします [o kaikei onegaishimasu]
I'm ready to pay.
- お会計 [o kaikei] means "checkout"
- お願いします [onegaishimasu] means "Please."
かしこまりました [kashikomarimashita] Certainly.
