一番近いお手洗いはどこにありますか [ichiban chikai o tearai wa doko ni arimasu ka]
Where's the nearest bathroom?

• 一番 [ichiban] means "number one"
• 近い [chikai] means "near"
• お手洗い [o tearai] means "bathroom"
• どこにありますか [doko ni arimasu ka] means "where is it?"

More examples:

• 一番近い駅はどこにありますか [ichiban chikai eki wa doko ni arimasu ka] Where is the nearest station?

外にあります [soto ni arimasu]

• To state where something is: Location + にあります [ni arimasu]
